Winter Search Classes
Starting November 27 we will begin two adult search classes for Sunday mornings.
"Historical and Redemptive Survey of the New Testament" taught by Bob Thompson at 9:00 a.m.
The goal of this class is to see God's glorious plan of redemption as it plays out through the pages of the New Testament. We will do this by working our way through the Gospels, Acts, and the Epistles; focusing on the Old Testament foundations, the historical context, and the themes of redemption in each book.
“SIN” taught by Al Kauffman at 10:45 a.m.
The goals of this class include reminding us of the reality of sin, defining and understanding sin from both theological and practical perspectives. The discussion of sin will take place in the context of creation and grace. Each class will explore a particular aspect of sin and the impact sin has on the world. In doing so, the class will seek the ultimate goal of increasing our love for God, understanding His work in creation, and being amazed at His grace.
